Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PRE ORDER

Here’s how pre-orders work:

  • Processing Time: Pre-order items are made or prepared especially for you. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be fulfilled.

  • Shipping: Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it ships.

  • Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will ship together once your pre-order is complete.

  • Payment: Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item.

  • Updates: We’ll keep you informed every step of the way — including production updates or any unexpected delays.
